With this module, the entry point can get quick approval from the PC of Individual, with whom VISITOR has taken the appointment.
A POPUP screen with Visitor LIVE FACE, Name and other details will be flashed on the PC of Individual. The individual can then ACCEPT or REJECT the appointment with particular VISITOR. - ACCESS POINTS MODULE :
With this module, multiple access points can be centralized easily and efficiently.
Suppose a VISITOR intend to go to a particular location for which there are four access points; then after the First Entry Point, all other three access points will have prior information about the VISITOR (with Visitor ID, LIVE FACE & other details).
So the personnel at access points will always have data to check whether a VISITOR was allowed to come there or not. - COUNTER MODULE :
A Counter like this will be continuously working on Administrator or Security Officer Screen and thus will be informed about total number of visitors, total visitors who are still inside the premises, total blacklisted visitors, etc.
This counter can be further customized and categorized as per organization’s needs.
